Any of the pull offs along 441 though Paynes prairie would be your best bet but nothing is guaranteed

La Chua Trail is a good bet. $2-3 to park. Sweetwater Wetlands Park is another good option for gator watching $5 to park, expect some walking. For free, you can stop at the pier midway across Payne’s Prairie on Hwy 441. Gators are frequently seen on the surface of the water. LaChua and Sweetwater are the best options, but you have to walk a bit.
