We have red cluster bottlebrush in tree form or as a shrub. Tree form are only in a 15 gallon pot. Shrubs we have a 3 gallon, 7 gallon, 15 gallon and 30 gallon. They grow to 15 to 20 feet but you could keep them trimmed.
