Arrived hoping to enjoy a nice lunch. Upon arrival my wife needed to use the facilities as did I. All that can be said is YUCK NASTY. We hungry so we decided to continue with our visit usually a restroom is an indicator and if it bad we do not stay. Against our better judgement we ordered. The drink station was filthy with splattered syrup and it was bad. The staff lacked energy and friendliness as well they seemed more interested in their conversation behind the counter than making sandwiches. Service was slow, tables looked like they had seen several meals without cleaning and the floors were filthy with a layer of dirt and soda and spilled food everywhere. Not sure who the owner or manager is but the establishment is not presentable for dine in. The sandwiches were good but cleanliness very bad. You eat with your eyes too this should never be forgotten

Horrible. I know now why this place was empt on a Saturday at peak lunch time….they can’t get even the simplest order correct. Asked for a hook and ladder with everything but onions…got Turkey only with no toppings at all. Asked for Smoked Turkey with lettuce and Mayo only…got Turkey and ham with tomatoes. Guy at the register fully talked to me and treated it back correctly. So I guess the team doing sandwiches just can’t follow instructions?? Good luck with your order if you go here.

This would be my second time ordering from Fire House at this location through "Uber Eats" I ordered a HL Sub with chips. No Chips!!! This would be the second time i didn't receive an item i paid for. I'm Very disappointed 😞
