The lady who checked me out seemed stressed and I felt really bad. She had to get the manager because the sale papers they had out said B1G1 but it wasn’t ringing up. It was no big deal but the manager Richard came up to the register and didn’t speak to me at all. Spoke to the employee saying it’s not a correct sale tell her to pick which one she wants, and then started to walk away. It was really awkward and I apologized to the manager but he just seemed so annoyed to be there.

I love my Michael's. They have so many nice things for the crafter in me. Their prices are good and always have a 50% or 40% off items. Best thing is they're near me.
