Do not rent from here... neighbor in 915 are lying law calling people everytime the hear a noise... got evicted the day after paid 1800 in rent was given 3 days to leave... garbage always piled all around the dumpsters. Pool never opened. Which is all in the lease but they wait till summer to yell needs repairs. 2 years our ac. Never worked right but they never fixed it. And roaches. Do not rent from these people.if you have repairs they will fix them. They will evicte you to save them money and just get someone else to rent it. The club of Danforth is poorly ran

Community looks nice but amenities are in disrepair. Pool is closed/broken. Grills were in poor shape. Pool restroom was not clean.

Use Ant Dust works great. Or use Enoz Roach Away Boric Acid Powder . There service we pay for is a joke. I have no bugs. Ant Dust is found at lowes and its waterproof last 6_8 months.
They allow dogs and cats. I've seen renters walking huskies and a German shepherd. $20.00/ month for a pet.

I don't know what a tire table is, but they have pest control if you contact them. They recently sent around notices that they will be doing internal pest control in the coming days, but I have only seen a few dead ones around. Unfortunately, they come with the Florida weather... Everywhere around here has a few (30is insane, I'd run away!!) I also invested in my own Raid products that sounds like you should consider. I would call the office and ask
No unfortunately, but There is a new gate car wash right around the corner off a beach boulevard though and it is very nice!
