Requirement:Â 21 years of age or older, U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident with at least one (1) Â year residency in the United States." You need to fill out a form to perform a free background check on their website and take a 2 hour course after (to be scheduled with a phone call after approval of background check (took 35 hours for me).
