sorry the "muses" treated you bad. They saved my life twice and performed a kidney transplant on my partner. The way you check your spelling and captilization maybe YOU have the problem!!!!
Nurses are rude
They have a racist workforce. It is well known.
Have been and never a problem.SAVED MY LIFE and appreciate that!!!
Kind supportive and went above and beyond...
I almost died too,but not from Bay State. I almost died from reading Donald Bray's paragraph.
While in the ER I was seen by some woman in a lab coat. She ptoceeded to take my toes and bend them the total opposite way. When I reacted to this treatment, I was then choked (arm up to the elbow) over my neck!. This is medical care at BMC? THIS IS ASSAULT AND BATTERY. I am still traumatized. This is actually criminal behavior and this goes on at BAYSTATE MEDICAL CENTER.?! This is medical care? Fi
I am a white Mom of a biracial daughter. They were VERY racist and in a fairly diverse area. In this area that means more than 15-20 non white households. My daughter was discriminated against but at least when we got to the ER and they realized it was serious they stepped up their game and we're great. If you are a person of color DO NOT EVER GO TO COOLEY DICKINSON HOSPITAL EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT!!! UNLESS THERE'S LITERALLY NO OTHER OPTION. YOU are more likely to die as a POC in Cooley than any Hospital I've ever known. I was in the medical field for over 30 years and COOLEY ALMOST KILLED MY DAUGHTER AT LEAST THREE TIMES!!! Why go back you Ask!!! ?? Legit question! Our new healthcare policies only allow her to be seen by Cooley Dickenson Hospital in Northampton, Mass. I can't use ANY other emergency department unless I go to Mass General Hospital in Boston. Sadly, emergencies don't often allow for that distance option! Especially when it comes to severe breathing issues!
I wasn't in the emergency room but I was there with a long infection they helped me in a very well with me
My mom was hit by a car in 2017. She was supposed to die but they saved her life. And they did everything in their power to make sure she lived. We’re in 2022 she’s still here. So them being rude? I’m not sure just know that they’re very very busy. And they deal with a lot of patients at once. I’m sure it’s very overwhelming for a lot of the nurses in there to deal with hundreds of patients that come in and out with all types of injuries and sickness. They’re human just like we are. And I’m sure a lot of them are over worked due to Covid short of staff.
My days that went there and when my granddaughter mom is there well she Lisa has all she rings and hackles they are imported to her we have they on the check list they were there. But my gramdauther ask the nurce said we don't know we're they went We want answer we want them back or we will have to take actiom
