I had a really bad experience from them. They gave me two chalupas that sat so long, the wrapper was so soggy the food was going threw the packaging. I politely showed them, they acknowledged their mistake and remade it.
Taco Bell is a good place to work
Just went there today. 1. Women bathroom - no tote paper 2. Ordered coffee and small snack chips w/refried beans n cheese 3. Waited then told coffee maker not working. By this time food cold. 4. Asked for ? To replace coffee I already paid for. Given a cup for soft drink. Asked for straw - Out of straws 5. Dirty drink area and napkins out. 6. Seems poorly run, possibly poor management.....
I went yesterday at just after 3pm and every door was locked tight. Having exited the restaurant industry over a decade ago, I assure you with total confidence that this means that the entire crew of Taco Bell was taking drugs of some description at that time. You can guess that it's 85% likely they were smoking weed but that last 15% is the possibility that they were all doing something harder. I wonder how long that guy waited in the drive thru.
That's too bad that you had a bad experience there. I have been there and it was fine.
