We moved into a new home in March 2018 and purchased 4 Whirlpool appliances. Two have broken already and we are without a dishwasher and oven for 8 more days waiting parts. Is there another option with Best Buy to replace these vs waiting for parts

First off, you bought one of the worst brands on the market. Then to complicated things you bought it from best buy. They don't fix, repair or replace ANYTHING. You will be dealing with manufacturer from here on out. Maybe local repair/service can offer more help. Stay away from best buy.

The store manager answered me and said if the Whirlpool warranty service cant fix it an authorization number will be given to have the appliances replaced. So we wait for the repairs.
