My front plate, is faded the numbers are faded where u can hardly see them..Is this something I can replace at DMV

You can go to a DMV office or apply for a plate remake by mail. You can order remakes have two brand new plates I believe they charge you $30

Yes but the important plate is the rear plate and if that is readable you're fine
