I have a 1993 Mazda Miata that hasn't been running or registered for 3 years. The last time it was registered was in MA, at my summer residence. How do I give it to my son, he lives in RI?

You will have to give him a gift letter, the vehicle title signed over to him (or the previous registration). He'll need proof of vehicle insurance and proof that he is an RI resident.
