The DMV requires you to surrender your licenses plates if cancelled in person or by mail. Drop-off boxes are located at our offices during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you choose either the mail or drop-off options, please include a copy of your driver's license and registration, as well as your contact information.
