Yes. DMV staff can look up your reservation. Submit your request on www.dmv.ri.gov Look for the blue feedback tab on the far right of the home page. You can also call the Road Test Office at (401) 462-5750.

now that the state of RI is fully opened, when is the dmv going to accept walk-ins? the appoinment schedules are ridiculous, is a 2 month wait to register a car that just insane, im trying to register a car for my mother. thanks.
