now that the state of RI is fully opened, when is the dmv going to accept walk-ins? the appoinment schedules are ridiculous, is a 2 month wait to register a car that just insane, im trying to register a car for my mother. thanks.

The DMV does not plan to resume walk-in service at this time. It's working on improvements to the reservation system it expect to debut in July.

When i went on website for cranston it was like a month out just for a picture for a learners permit for my 17year old i went to go on the south county dmv i got i had an appointment in two days

thanks for the reply, for some reason i was looking on the website and found an open date on thursday this upcoming week, lucky me! but then the rest of the month until august 2nd is fully booked
