Does Ikea every answer the phone or email? I waited all day for a scheduled delivery and it never came. I called Ikea and waited over 40 minutes on hold. No delivery status or tracking online. Ikea's email is down. Repeat calls-no answer.

I call the corporate number and got great service. They even contacted this local store to answer my question.

If you call the corporate number you get someone right away and they can transfer you. When the local store sees it is corporate transfer they answer.

Sometimes they get busy and they cant answer the phone. Be patient, I'm sure everything will turn out fine.

Never had to phone them but got my delivery the time frame started. I know they employ outside help in delivery.

I have called the corporate number daily for weeks and I dont even get put on hold they tell me they are experiencing high caller volume and cant answer my call and then it hangs up

Welcome to IKEA USA! This is how they operate (meaning they don't!). Have had, by far, the absolute worst experiences ever -- in-store, but mostly with deliveries and thentrying to contact someone. They are horrible!

That is common the usual wait time to get someone on the phone off for IKEA is a very long time best bet is to show up to a store if you can
