I have call the -888# many times now and it hangs up without being answered. What is going on with this store. The Draper UT store has a direct dial number, they answer it. Since this IKEA is the only one in CO this is unsatisfactory.

Same here but I just pressed the number to be transferred to sales. They handled my warranty on the same call. Get my replacement

Same and click and collect doesn't work. Went to the store and they told me they answer the phone all day and click and collect is currently working.

This is still happening in October, 2020. I had an awful delivery, paid for assembly (with no one assembling my items), and I can't even reach Ikea to talk to someone about it.
