I also can’t get the website to work. Keeps saying max orders for the day. 😩
I've had the same experience. I've tried placing the order right after midnight, right at 10am, after 10am, earlier, later, for several days...SO exasperating! Always the same message: "We have received our maximum order capacity for the day, for this location. Please try again tomorrow." So when, IKEA, is the magic moment when someone is supposed to place an order?
I keep getting that they have reached their max order for the day. What time do you have to put in an order to get in for the day?
Same here. It will be a week long effort as of tomorrow. I actually reached customer service via phone and she assured me that they should be caught up by the Tuesday after Memorial day. No such luck. Frustrated. Maybe hire some people if needed to pull orders and overhaul and streamline your system to meet the demand for curb side pick up??? Plenty need jobs right now why so hard? I always thought of IKEA as a forward thinking company. Apparently not so. 🙄 * ***Update moving in on two weeks now of trying numerous times daily and same message. Come on IKEA 🙄 Stop being so cheap and hire more people to pull orders. Lame.
I just want to buy a couch but the website isn’t working and the 888 # just hangs up I’m very upset
Same here. I’ve been trying to place an order for two weeks now and it keeps saying they reached the limit for the day. I’ve tried almost every hour. Called customer service and they said to try at midnight, I did multiple nights and still nothing.
This is such a widespread problem that a guy built a website to track when the curbside pickup is accepting orders, link below... https://ikea-status.dong.st/
They are! I just went yesterday. If you have received a "ready to pick up" email, you should be good to go pick up without making an appointment.
Did your ready to pick up email come before you scheduled pickup date and time bc I was supposed to pick mine up last night and still haven’t received an email.
