There was potatoes when we webt with eggs and green chili pork gravy, amazing. Plus everything that was listed above.

What time does breakfast start serving?
Bagels, 3 types of cereal with add ins to put in if you wanted (fruit, brown sugar, sliced almonds), yogurt, eggs, sausage, tortillas and green chilli, toast, muffins, danishes and of course waffles were all available to us. There was also coffee and juice, and the coffee was surprisingly decent! Not too watery and bitter like other places, it was actually very good.
Eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereal, waffles and don't forget the green chili. A very nice breakfast compared to what is usually expected
