I have tried to get tickets online for the ice castle for 2/15/2020 unfortunately they were sold out. Is it possible to buy them on site if there are some available? Are the tickets just for entrance to the castles or a show? Thank you for the help.

The tickets are just for venue. They do have a tour every hour. You have to wear boots and dress warm. Try and go at dusk to get the full effect. We took the horse drawn sleigh ride. I was able to get a coupon for 15% off.

Weekends sell out VERY fast. Like the other said they do offer stand by tickets but those also sell out fast and do not guarantee

I went to the website, bought 2 tickets TWICE and both times got a msg saying that my address doesn't match my credit card But it charged me from my bank account TWICE. I didn't get any code or anything. Is there another way for buying the tickets?
