Both Robert and Karen are correct, sleigh ride is within the Castle itself. The gift shop is as well as concessions. The exit is clearly marked and once through that you aren't allowed to enter.
If you mean go back in after the ride, yes. I did this a couple weeks ago .
I think once you are in, you can stay as long as you like, but if you leave you cannot get back in.
