After Make a Wish, are the sunflowers in the field completely gone after?

Yes they are

The sunflowers for make a wish were in a different field from the ones near the ice cream shop. They'll be there through the fall! So beautiful!

I believe they let the cows in the small patch to eat the sunflowers and harvest to he rest. They were still there yesterday however
