A little upset, my sister came across this venue and we both fell in love with it she reach out multiple times never got anything back. We get it there are a lot of people getting married this year and people planning for next year so we waited. Few weeks went by still haven't heard anything, so at a family dinner my mother emailed asking for information and to set up a tour. Never heard back. So I called hoping to get an appointment for a tour and more information, the very nice lady took my name and number number and told me she would personally make sure they gave me a call back, that was 2/3 weeks ago.

I'll always remember the first wedding venue I photographed a wedding at, and it was The Overlook. It holds a nostalgic place in my heart as a wedding photographer! But this venue is really, really good. For starters, it's perched way up on a hill in a country setting, surrounded by the Geer family's Christmas tree farm. "Picturesque" comes to mind here. The tent is great, the patio is perfect for a ceremony, and the rest of the grounds are wonderful. One of the things my couples (and myself, for that matter) love about this venue is the seclusion: there's no one else around on your wedding day except for the guests and vendors who are celebrating with you. And here's a bonus tip from a wedding photographer: make sure that you take advantage of the grounds after dark. The fire pit, the Christmas trees, and the overlook itself make for awesome photos!
