We can not accept QR codes from Amazon. We can only process actual labels. If you have a QR Code, you should go back into amazon and cancel your return, reprocess it and when it says "no printer, no problem, UPS Store" click other options below that and select "UPS Dropoff" that will generate a real label. If you have problems, contact Amazon customer service and tell them to email you a label. There are no local UPS stores in the area, those QR codes are encrypted and can only be read at a UPS Store.
