I have had Madison internet for years and years. But the entire time they lied about the internet speed (I speed tested the wifi and it’s nothing near what I’m supposed to get) Not to mention how my internet goes down 4-5 times a day and for 30 minutes-1 hour each. It really would be nice if we could get our moneys worth instead of being ripped off by a “reputable” company But I guess that’s your job, right? Lie to your customers about internet speed and overcharge them?

Basic cable, DVR and the 100mbps internet with equipment rental is roughly $201 dollars a month. No movie channels, just basic with a single DVR. I pay less for HULU tv
If you want to change your WiFi name and password while using the wifi hub you can rent from Madison you go to 192.168.0.1 and in the username field type cusadmin and in password field type password (I recommend changing these once inside of there) once in it's pretty straight forward what to do!
Not at the moment, we are currently able to offer service to some businesses in Gillespie and hope to expand to residential in the future! We will keep you posted!
