It tends to be a one person show there, especially in the evenings. So if a guest needs something the desk clerk is the one has to take them whatever they need. Which leaves the hotel phone unattended until they get back unfortunately. But it's a great place to stay and the staff has always been nice to me! Hope you're able to contact them! You may want to call the reservation line or use the IHG App to make a reservation or you can also email them via email as well. Hope that helps!
