A must-visit if in the Rifle / Silt area! There’s a shuttle golf cart from the Holiday Inn Express. Service was great and the food was amazing. Check for specials. Shuttle cart driver recommended The Miami Vice drink and the wild boar shanks with potatoes (creamed and sweet). He was spot on!

As always, the service was perfect, but our server was brilliant. I’m sorry, I didn’t get her name. She even positioned our plates perfectly so the meat was directly in front of us! Finally, the food. Everything was just perfect. From the delicious soup, to the lemon cake that we had to bring home. We love Miners, but we love even more the love that goes into a dining experience. Thank you!

We came upon this on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. We did not have reservations but they were very accommodating and got us in quickly. We sat in an area that was probably once outdoor dining and was covered by a tent-like plastic which made it a little cold. Food was good and service was excellent. I would recommend and locals very very nice and welcoming.

Fantastic restaurant with an amazing selection of food and drinks. The surf and turf is incredible, as is the French onion soup when they have it. My favorite martini on the extensive list of options is the Tequini. Highly recommended!
