I've a Link IV Voucher and the so called housing specialist at 89 Porter Avenue Brooklyn can't find me an efficiency apartment - nor has he in the past 12 months been able to find anyone else an apartment with a Link IV Voucher. How can I get help?

Do your own apartment hunting and then get him involved, at the lease agreement and so forth,

Xavier, if you read the documents available for the LINC voucher process, it says that you are supposed to involve your case manager at your homeless shelter. Delphia suggested that you look for apartments, then when you find a landlord you give the landlord's information to your case manager. The case manager should be able to you fill out your lease and get the LINC money for the landlord.
