Is kingston the only boarding spot? We will be in fishkill/hyde park area on monday oct. 23 was looking for a cruise to depart from there.

No stops unfortunately. There are other boats, check out river rise in Newburgh, it's close

There may be other cruises, this particular one is only in Kingston. You would need to look online for others.
