TLDR unless your life is in danger don’t go here and even if go to the actual emergency room. Unless you enjoy sitting around for hours to get rapid test read to you Horrible wait time staff were friendly but the they have so little doctors. I’m sitting here with chills muscle aches and stuffed nose and sore throat and they said 15 mins for the test and left me there for 45 minutes. I really recommend going to an actual doctors office if your not profusely bleeding or unable to breath. But even if no one has rushed in bleeding or gasping you will still wait for hours everytime

I love this place. Fast, friendly staff and good providers. If I have to go to an Urgent Care I am definitely using Emergency One.

I had no wait time. I was seen by Ashley who was to notch 10+. I felt extremely comfortable. Ashley was very attentive, knowledgeable and supportive. I will be requesting her my next visit.

Questions & Answers

Why is it so expensive for a simple diagnosis you know what caused it to simply help with problem when you have no insurance...

Lee Thomas | Sep 19, 2019
Anthony Mayone | Sep 18, 2021

The basic costs of health care are included in the self pay price of 150$. Thats a significant decrease compared to the upwards of $400+ that is charged for insured patients. The 150$ is a base price and goes up based off of what extra services we provide. I hope this helps! :)

How much cost a COVID test? do you accept insurance?

kim pham | Sep 18, 2021
Alicia J | Sep 18, 2021

We accept most insurance carriers. The test would go through you insurance. They ask for credit or debit card to authorize, to cover the cost. If it comes back that you don't owe anything then it doesnt get charged.

No you can’t just walk in for a covid test the information on line is wrong I did it I even called to make sure they told me I could just come with no appointment then I drove 45 minutes to just be turned away

Emergency One | Sep 18, 2021

You can get in line, online. It is not an appointment, but allows you to reserve a space in line. We keep you informed via text as to the appropriate time to show up. Recently, with the spike in COVID testing, we have been extremely busy in our facilities and have been forced to limit the number of walkins. If we see the number of patients exceed the expected closing time, then we have had to turn away additional walkins in order to see all the patients that are currently registered. These are unprecedented actions during this unprecedented time. Please go to www.eoneurgentcare.com to get in line online, those times will be taken fairly early in the morning so it is best to get on early.

Does your facility do rapid Covid testing

John Silverman | Sep 18, 2021
Emergency One | Sep 18, 2021

We have the capability for rapid PCR testing in all our facilities, however, it is only authorized for individuals with COVID symptoms. At this time, we cannot use Rapid testing on individuals that are not displaying symptoms. Typically we are getting PCR testing back within 24 - 48 hours as of March 2021.
