They put me in collections for 50.00, destroyed my credit score, not to mention it was due to a missed appointment because I had Covid!!! Recieved a letter for a balance, and called collections agency and she advised she would handle it! Such failed communication and I or my family will never use this company again!

Very good experience. Treated respectfully and gently. I’d forgotten my script and Derise helped me through the process of having my doctor’s office fax it. What could have easily resulted in a missed appointment and the necessity of rescheduling was avoided and everything went seamlessly. As I said, very good experience. I’d definitely use River Radiology again.
