Buffet plus what ever Art wants to add. Fried chicken, fried fish, Fried Shrimp. Smoked Ribs, Southern veggies and sides. No tofu, no lemon grass, no avacado. Lots of sweet tea. Lots of napkins. It's named Southern Charm for a reason. Love you Art. My only only only regret is no BlackBerry or Peach Cobbler. His would be heavenly.
It is up to Chef Art though the buffet items vary, I imagine he could prepare an item differently
