Yes it is usually a buffet, but people taking advantage of Art's generosity with free "takeaway" is ruining it. More than a few times he has run out of food and had to sadly turn people away. Quit being greedy and just eat what you pay for instead of taking all you can.

There is a buffet, but you may also order off the menu. Buffet items include veggies, dessert, and the "meat of the day". Eg, meatloaf, chicken, pork chops, fish. Ribs and shrimp are almost always available as a meal, or as an add-on. Friday and Saturday evenings feature an expanded (and pricier) buffer offering.
