So I looked for a company near us, and found Quality Discount Roofing just a stone's throw away. They did everything as promised . In a timely manner. The cleanup was impeccable. This is one of the worst, unprofessional and disorganized companies I've ever encountered! Originally I had an appointment for a roof estimate from a window of 2pm-3pm, however No one ever arrived, Astrid was the agent that setup the appointment. After realizing the agent Stephen Knuth whom is a supervisor never arrived, I called and spoke with another male agent whom did not provide his name. He stated he would check on the details of the estimate and the status. After about 1-2 minutes this agent informed me the time frame of arrival had been changed, but no information was ever provided to me. I waited through the window of 4pm-5pm and received no phone call, no information whatsoever. I made a third phone call, at this time I spoke with a female agent named Nicole. Whom informed me the previous agent was incorrect, the time frame was actually 2pm-3pm, and apologized that the supervisor Stephen Knuth was a no call no show. The conclusion is as such, I spoke honestly and earnestly, Nicole contacted Stephen directly whom proceeded to apologize profusely and make excuses for why he was a no call no show. End result, he showed up the following morning, or so he claims, and has still not provided me with an estimate over 8 hours later.Another company came out and provided me the estimate within 25 minutes. The level of confusion, dishonesty, and lack of customer service shows me this company cannot be trusted. Run from this company at all costs, pray to God in Heaven you never have to deal with them. Update due to dishonest Stephen Knuth: It amazes me this pathological liar, known as Stephen Knuth can take time to write a bogus rebuttal, which I didnt read, merely skimmed to the bottom. Amazingly enough Stephen believes it takes 24 hours for an estimate, another company provided it within 25 minutes. And yet, he had over 8 hours to provide the estimate, and never spoke of a 24 hour window, proving his lack of intellect and inability to communicate. He is too busy making excuses for why he no call no showed, Stephen cannot even keep track of his lies. This company continues to lie and project their own failures onto a potential customer, I have phone logs, and texts to prove all of it. The property only needs a roof, nothing more. Stephen Knuth is a liar, whom even used his church prayer meeting as an excuse to never call nor reach out to me. None of anything the owner says is true, This company has alot of negative reviews, if you do your research you will see this. I merely needed a quote, which I was promised and never received. Only more and more excuses, please people do not trust this company, I'm telling you this owner allows responses by Stephen Knuth in anger to any review they receive, the truth hurts. I've added a phone log/text log to show anyone how dishonest this company is. The number has been blocked out for privacy concerns, the full number is not visible. Yet you will see the full extent of the communication and the many many hours that have passed by with no quote. It does not take 10-20 hours to offer a quote. I must be honest, this terrible company helped me dodge a bullet, getting into a contract with them is the same as the contract with the devil, so avoiding this altogether is a blessing in itself. Please keep in mind I do not want anyone harmed by his company, this is why I took the time to type up this review. So much hyperbole and false information was provided by Stephen Knuth, and terrifying by someone such as him whom claims he is a proud ''republican'' and Christian, thats a laugh. I was very open and upfront with each agent I spoke with, and even Stephen, the problem is they were completely dishonest through phone calls, text and all forms of communication. They will not follow through with anything they say, be careful. Keep in mind this is not an isolated incidient, previous reviews will illustrate just that, especially with Stepehen Knuth. I'll end with this proverberial truth, Jesus said quite plainly, take heed that no man deceive you.

When I purchased my roof in 2014 I purchased a warranty with Quality Roofing I had a leak and they came out right away took care of the problem repaired and replaced shingles and wood and honored their warranty, I highly recommend Quality Roofing
