DO NOT TAKE YOUR MACBOOK TO THIS GUY! I took my MacBook Pro to this guy and the only issue I had was the folder with a question mark. The computer would power up when I left it and he stated that he would diagnose it and call me back in about 10 or 15 minutes. He never called me back I ended up having to call him the next day only for him to tell me that my computer now woul dnot power up at all and refered me to somone else. I took it to the gentleman that he refered me to and he diagnosed it only to find out the motherboard has a short in it and needed to be replaced. As I stated before PLESE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES TO THIS GUY you will be disappointed!

I'm not sure who gave these high reviews. Unless the technicians were different in those days. These are my detailed events. You be the judge. I pull my lap top out of my bag and note it was not working. Someway somehow it was wet. I Googled places emmediatly to avoid delay in fixing. My husband drives to drop it by noon to this shop. Technician tells him he will call with the problem and ask for a go ahead to fix it in a few hours. We wait. And wait. No call. I'm worried. I call him at 4 pm. He says he is out of the office but 5 minutes away. He ll call me for diagnostics when he returned. Waited and waited. No call.. Still worried as this is work laptop. I tried to call by 8pm.no answer. They closed.. so I wait till next day. No call.. I call... no answer. All phones off. I drove there after working night arrivedat 11:45 am. Shop is still closed. we wait. Wait. shop phone off until 11:55am. We asked if we should keep waiting. He says Yes. So we wait at the parking lot. 🙄. Then they arrive after 15 minutes and tell us what he has been saying "I need to run a diagnostics on it. I'll call u in one hour". We drive off. Wait. no call. I call by 4:20 pm and he tells me he has to open it to diagnose but has not had time.. we inform him how displeased we are with the poor communication. While I'm talking to him., he get a call through and tells me it's my husband trying to call.. i told him I'll relay information to husband but he still hungs up on me !!!!! I call back and tell I'm him we are done. I'm coming for laptop. I took it to Tsk services. Lesson : 1. I did not ask to skip the line.. I only asked that they follow through on their word and understand urgency of things. If you cannot get to it due to work load... please be honest and communicate it. Let the customer decide. There are so many different options out there. I will not recommend this place. They may have the knowledge but very poor communication skills., poor customer service. But the decision is yours !
