I rented a car from here the customer service was very excellent I had a car that I didn't like called and asked if I could bring it back and get a another one and they said no problem and I bought it back and they change it out

If I am put on hold past the closing time of 6.00pm on a weekday and originally wanted to extend my rental originally, 1. How do I extend my reservation after the customer service hangs up on me after 30 minutes and 28 seconds.
