$150/hr for labor rates?! My car was MISSING A WHEEL LUG NUT when they gave it back to me. Sent them pics, an email and called. No reply - called "D" who said they would "put one on" I asked how a tire guy could miss that!!! He said "I don't even know if it was missing in the first place" REALLY?! Fixed it myself - stay AWAY from this shop.

Had them change out two tires. They were awesome. Angel was super cool and took great care of me.

My car had a flat tire in Carlsbad! Pulled in to a gas station, added air (it was reeallly flat) and called AAA Road Service. With a 7 mile tow radius, I wanted to consider all of my options before landing someplace without a replacement tire. I called the dealer (only one fwy exit away; no tire); called next closest (BigO) and spoke with David. He was friendly and reassuring on the phone. He checked- 'yes we have that size' tire. He was clear, honest- informed me 'not the same brand, but size will fit.' He also told me (2 year old car) that maybe puncture- possible it would be repairable. I topped off the air and headed to 2615 State Street (thanks Google maps). David greeted us, and staff (Angel?) got to work right away. As I handed David my car key, I hesitated because it is all electric. David gave a warm smile and said 'It's o.k., we take care of Tesla's all the time.' [like: he understood that my KIA Niro is just as much 'my baby,' as a Tesla owner values their car] They found a metal shard (~2" x 1/2" & 1/4" thick?) and were able to repair the tire. I was really pleased with the entire experience.

Made an appt. and drove all the way there to find out they no longer accept their OWN coupon from a mailer. Then why send those out locally here when there are no other big o tires around? Coupon was good for another month. At the very least they should've honored it this time since I drove there already until they sorted that out. Needless to say they will no longer get my business
