We purchased and item from e-Bay made by yardistry and we were looking for a Gazoba its a screen and we dont have a Gazoba to use this screen is it possible to return this to Costco since the company said they are only sold throught Costco company

Since the item was never bought at Costco wholesale then the item cannot be returned there you need a receipt proof of purchase. If you purchased it off eBay you are protected to the purchase protection plan so if you're not happy with the product you can return it up to a certain. Of time and get your money back.just make sure the seller whoever you bought it from doesn't have it listed where you cannot return it most of the time you can.

The supplier from eBay should confront the problem himself and return your payment. You have nothing to do with Costco

I doubt it since everything you buy on your membership is recorded.

No .if you try to bring it back too Costco they will scan the item and realize it was never sold from a Costco. Good luck
