Do I understand correctly that golf is included in the amenities ?..
Mine are 340. I pay utilities. Rumor has it everyone will be paying for their own water eventually Additional fees for continuing education classes and clubs start a $5.00 and up per year. Great place...for me worth the money
Hoa fees are between 300 and just a little over $400 a month but includes water, sewer, basic cable all exterior maintenance ie roof and walls and lawn maintenance plus gaurded gates several pools exercise rooms woodworking shop billiards several clubhouses and three golf courses
