The basic HOA fee covers all the amenities, which are many & the whole place is well maintained. The "garden series" homes... the community maintains all the landscaping, including irrigation, so there is a higher HOA fee. The villas also have roof & exterior paint maintained... so, their fee is a bit more. Contact the Stone Creek sales office for further info.
