I had an appointment yesterday and explained many times to the stylist that I just wanted a few chunky highlights on the top but mainly around the face. I told her that I didn't want a partial highlight because it would be too light. I just wanted to add an accent! She didn't listen to me, put a lot of foils and kept telling me she knew what she was doing, and it would be fine. It ended up with a partial highlight way too light on the top! It looks like I got a bag of flour on the top of my head...Not at all what I asked for! She tried to fix it by putting some dark color foils. But it didn't help! Moreover, she vanished without saying goodbye! And on top of that they charged a partial highlight! Very poor service! NOT professional!

I used Alex...he is good with styling and he has done weddings
I did not see a tanning booth but there may have been one. Call and ask but many salons have stopped tanning because of dangerous outcomes
