Our Savior Luthern Church on Rt. 198 is open to all Counties. Some churches are only for their county only for some reason. It should not be but it is. Also there is a church in Fulton, MD that also allows all counties at their food bank. Hope this helps you.
HI Dennis..My brother lives in Russert in MD City and unfortunately that's not Howard County. Not exactly sure where the food bank in AA County is, but should be fairly easy to find out online.. Best Wishes
