They do reciprocate with other zoos. You might check their list on their website. They used to give 1/2 price admission.

Yes. There is a discounted admission for AZA zoos. They gave a list of those that participate. All zoos in Kansas do with the exception of Tanganyika.

Yes. They give 1/2 price admission to holders of annual passes to the zoos on their partner list. I don't know how many zoos that includes but it's my impression that there are quite a few. I know that the Omaha Zoo is included.

I've used my Rolling Hills one in several other places. While I'm not certain I'm thinking they will as well.
