The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was varied, lots of choices, and very good!

Short version: -loud and thin walls, service was C-, and my room keys had trouble reading properly +good breakfast, rooms were clean, good proximity to restaurants and shopping Stayed here after driving from Michigan all day. Room was nice, clean. All was well until the room next to me was filled. Initially, it wasn't bad, until they went to use the restroom. Then it sounded like they were in my bathroom with the door open, and let me save you the details but it didn't sound like it was going so well for my poor neighbor. I couldn't believe how thin the walls were. After it happened the first time I thought it was done. But then it happened a few more times accompanied with some violent coughing and I certainly couldn't drown it out with the TV. When I went down to the front desk, the guy was nice and apologetic, however his response to me was "we've all been there." Which I get it, we have all been there, but paying $108 for a hotel room isn't a time when I would like to be there. He didn't have any ill will or negative meaning to it and I think he was just trying to make me feel better, but that wasn't what I wanted to hear at 12:15 a.m. he did go above and beyond putting me in a room away from others to make sure it didn't happen again. After 10 minutes I had all my stuff moved over to a new, once again clean room. Besides the occasional door slams you get at any hotel, it was quieter. I slept well. I also had a lot of issues with my cards reading correctly and needed to get 3 new cards for my initial room. Overall, the rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was good, but with an experience like I had I wouldn't pay $108 to stay in a place like that again.

Excellent experience, very neat and clean. Several extra details that showed care in design and construction. Double bright lighting in the bathroom, two corner shelves in the bath tub (one low enough for a youngster), and two grab bars for the shower. Extra features I appreciated. The lobby was laid out very nicely and the breakfast room was comfortable and roomy. The arches in our room were very attractive also. A real winner.

Just saying

First there was a mouse in our room, as if there could be more ....Second. The laundry was done all night long which was incredibly loud, kept waking everyone up and the floor even vibrated. Every time they slammed the door shut you would definitely wake up. No rest for this family.
