Have you ever been to this location and the cooking was close to raw,even the waffle, when complaining to manager not only did she not coming to your table but called you an old man rudely....I will never go to that location again.

Visit the IHOP day after THANKSGIVING, waitress got our names and said it will be around 15 minutes waiting time for a table.After 10 minutes a family of 6 on their way out the restaurant advised us they waited for over an hour and the order wasn't even taken,needless to say we FLEW out the door..!!! HORRIBLE.

We were seated right away, however two of the seats had holes. Felt like sitting on a toilet bowl. The table was covered in syrup, and the syrup dispenser was broken. The waitress picked it up, said it was disgusting, laid it back down, and never cleaned it. When our food arrived, one of the plates had cheese stuck to it, and the order didn't include cheese. We left the waitress a generous tip, because we felt bad that she had to work there. The bathroom had no toilet paper and the light flashed with the time of the music.

Make that a fourth. No one was at the hostess stand when we arrived. We ended up waiting for 7 minutes just to be seated. The food was poorly prepared and we even had to ask for a fresh pot of coffee, of all things, as the one they brought us was barely lukewarm.

I second your opinion, management and staff are very rude. Food was luke warm when I finally got it and there were only 3 other tables with customers in the entire place.

same with us. we went late night after a flight took over 10 minutes to get a table cause no one was working the cashier stand. Spent over and 1 hour and 20 minutes for what should have been a 30 minute stop. Had to use the bathroom but due to the looks I choose the sketchy gas station instead where I'm sure a drug deal was happening.
