Imagine your favorite steak house. Now replace the steak with waffles. This was how my experience was at this Waffle House Charlotte, NC. Great food, cleanliness and hospitality and if I ever get down to Charlotte, NC again this will be my first stop. Our server Bella was as gorgeous as she was kind which made for one of the greatest meals I’ve ever had. This is a must stop if you are in the Charlotte, NC.

The customer service experience was horrible we walked in and no one greeted us. The employees were rude were just staring at us like we were aliens and all their empty tables were dirty. I asked an employee for a rag and he was nice enough to look for one and the other employees told him those are to wipe the tables he cannot give me one and they still kept staring at me and my family like we were aliens. They did not even say Welcome I will be right with you. The worst part is they were not even busy. So disrespectful will not return to this waffle house.

Happened to me twice both times it was morning. And when I finally went it it was super packed and busy. But if I order afternoon or evening they always answer.
I've tried to call on several occasions and got no answer! I just go to the one by my job when I get off! They're never super busy, just super lazy!!
