Thanks to the staff who still come to serve us, very friendly despise the pressure they work under due to short staff. Delicious Colorado Omelette. Tried the new protein lemon ricotta pancakes… loved them!

Service was great!! But my boyfriend ate an omelet and he got half way threw the omelet and it had long head hairs in his food so that made us very angry that we were almost sickened.If he hadn't looked inside his omelet then he would've eaten that head hair which is very disgusting.Also that's why I believe these workers should where hairnets at these restaurants or at least where their hair up so this doesn't happen to your customers.Especially since we all have Covid-19 and Omicron diseases going around here.Its just too risky and to unsanitary.

The food was great!! And the service was good.. We didn't have to wait long to be seated or for our food!! Definitely will revisit the next time I'm in Charlotte

DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS IHOP!!! They miscalculate wait time (Add an extra 25min. to whatever time they give you.) and they appear to have staff. However, give you the short staff excuse. While 3 staff members seem to be walking around chit chatting and maybe 30% of the tables actually have guest eating the other 70% empty tables. And don’t put their to go containers in the microwave. This is the 1st restaurant I’ve been to with non microwave safe containers. Had to trash my leftovers I didn’t get to finish on my lunch. Waste of money and time!!!!
