No one acknowledged us upon walking in. After about 5 minutes we had to ask do you seat yourself or will someone come help us and the girl seemed annoyed for us asking. Once seated we waited a while and no one came over so we then said excuse me and asked a waiter if we could ask a question. After assisting his customer he went to the back. While we’re waiting, 2 other ladies were seated right beside us who came in about 15-20 minutes after us. Someone spoke to them right away and came to take their order before ours until I politely interrupted because not only was I on a time crunch and been very patient, but you’re not going to assist someone who came in 20 minutes after me before you take my order. This waiter was extremely rude to me and said he’ll get a manager after he takes their order. Turns out the manager was the waiter that went to the back before coming to answer our questions and his response to the situation after I told him my experience since stepping foot in his restaurant was to say they’ve been really busy. I hate to hear excuses especially when that’s not the reason. It doesn’t take much for someone to say hi we’ll be with you in a moment. Plus they weren’t even that busy. I should know from the conflicting signs on the front door not to eat there, but it was close and convenient to my appointment. I will not be returning again.

Best IHOP of Charlotte guaranteed. With great food, and also great service. I also enjoy how they give me a option of eating chiles toreados with any of my meals if I wanna add a little spice to my food.

Great food and awesome service! Make sure you try their seasonal holiday pancakes! Perfect place for a family breakfast, lunch or dinner... although their dinner menu is amazing... can’t help but get a good old fashion hot fresh breakfast! Fast service and hot food!!!

Busy as usual for a Saturday brunch. Luckily we did get seated right away. Omlette was filling and delicious. Breakfast sampler is not enough for a brunch, be sure to order an extra side. Pancakes are as good as ever. Service is reasonably quick.
