Resident pays all utilities. Rent & water are both paid to Brookside, water is paid same time as rent, each month. Brookside uses gas provided by GRU for clothes dryer, heat, stove, hot water heater. Electric is thru Clay Electric Co-op.
no electric/gas separate then water sewer you pay them for it with rent it not included add on to rent
Not sure. The sister property in Gainesville Harbor Cove charges for water separate from rent. But you do have to pay them for it.
