Materials were delivered but didn't know when they were coming to install papers. Didn't call to let me know when they were coming. Found out after the fact they charged me more than double another contractor would. The so called drain they installed, at an extra cost, backed up and water sprays out of the drain pipe flooding my walkway. I have photos that I would add but don't see that feature here
