DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I bought 5 pallets of Zoysia sod from these people. On the invoice it states you are paying $13 for each pallet the sod is on which is refundable if the pallets are returned in the same condition as received. We drove 60 miles to return the pallets to an address on Google that does not take you to the right location. Had to call and was directed to take the pallets out in the middle of a large field and leave them there and someone would check them later and we would be mailed the refund. Wasn't happy with that, but ok. Month and a half later still no refund. Call they say they are out of checks!! Ok, about 2 weeks later I call, now I'm told by the lady on the phone that it's her first day on the job and the people that had been working in the office were not honest and they had to get new checks etc. A week later I received a check for $40 because they said refund is $8 per pallet. I call back to explain that it clearly states on my invoice $13 per pallet, $65 refund. The lady on the phone starts telling me they have been really stressed out due to all the issues they are dealing with. I said "Mam this is a business and I don't need all your personal details I just need the correct amount refunded to me for the pallets I returned, she then slammed the phone down on me!!!! Stay away from these people. Buy your sod somewhere else!!!!

Absolutely horrible! I was never told I had to order 24 -48 hours in advance. Instead I was told to come to the field and wait and they would load me up. Upon arriving, there were already several other people waiting as well...after sitting for nearly 2 hours we finally got a chance to speak to someone, as they were not answering the phones either. That's when we were told that they don't even have the type of grass I was looking for at this field, that it's at a whole different field and would need to be ordered in advance so it can be shipped to the headquarters. Another man that was waiting before us was also told they didn't have his sod, and he did order in advance and already collected payment from him. We were told when the son took over everything got messed up. I Absolutely advise against using this company.

Boyd's Zoysia is the Best grass ever; Thick, Plush and Beautiful!!! Everyone pass by and compliment our yard! The Customer Service was Excellent. I called a few times before we purchased and they were pleasant each time. The driver was so kind and helpful. THANKS Boyd & Son Sod Farm!!!
